Modular Automated Individual Transport (MAIT ) is a new approach to
person and light freight ground
transportation [1], designed with the
following objectives:
increase in quality of life
socially acceptable
environmentally friendly
economically viable
aesthetically pleasing
The consequent derivation of the MAIT architecture from these
objectives is the core of this document.
